Nora NVG-18N Full-Panoramic Night Vision Goggles are a high-end quad-tube night vision system specifically designed for ground-based panoramic night observation. The system aims to provide users with richer visual information in low-light environments and significantly accelerate decision-making within the OODA loop (Observe–Orient–Decide–Act), thereby enhancing tactical efficiency and situational awareness.

The core innovation of the NVG-18N lies in its four independent image intensifier tubes and full-panoramic optical architecture. The two central optical channels maintain a traditional forward-facing binocular configuration, delivering strong depth perception and accurate distance judgment. Meanwhile, the two outer optical channels are slightly outward-angled to expand peripheral vision, resulting in a more complete environmental coverage.

Through a dual-channel image fusion system, all four optical paths are intelligently stitched together at the eyepiece, allowing the user to simultaneously perceive both central and peripheral imagery in a seamless composite view. The NVG-18N is powered by both an onboard battery system and an external remote battery pack. The external battery pack connects via a standard DC cable and supports four CR123A 3V batteries, providing approximately 50–80 hours of runtime (with IR illumination turned off). In addition to powering the device, the remote battery pack also functions as a counterweight, improving balance and reducing fatigue during head-mounted operation.
